Size Chart & Fit Guide

Finding your perfect fit helps your Talia Jewelry pieces feel as beautiful as they look. Use this guide to choose the right sizes for rings, bracelets, and necklaces, plus simple ways to measure at home.

Ring Size Guide

Our rings follow standard US sizing. If you are between sizes, we usually recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit, especially on wider bands.

How to Measure Your Ring Size at Home

  • Time of day matters: Measure at the end of the day when your fingers are at their largest.
  • Measure the finger you’ll wear the ring on: Each hand can be slightly different.
  • Use a strip of paper or string: Wrap it around the base of your finger, mark where it overlaps, then measure the length in millimeters.
  • Check for comfort: The ring should slide over your knuckle with a gentle wiggle but not feel tight when worn.

Once you have the inner circumference in millimeters, use the chart below to find your recommended US ring size.

US SizeInner Diameter (mm)Inner Circumference (mm)
414.846.5
515.649.0
616.551.5
717.354.0
818.156.6
918.959.1
1019.861.6
1120.664.1
1221.466.6

Ring Sizing Tips

  • A wider band may feel tighter; if you love bold bands, consider going up half a size.
  • Cold weather can make fingers smaller and warm weather can make them swell slightly.
  • If you are buying a surprise gift, try measuring a ring your recipient already wears on the same finger.

Bracelet Size Guide

Bracelets should feel secure but not tight. For chain and link bracelets, we recommend adding a little extra length for comfortable movement.

How to Measure Your Wrist at Home

  • Use a flexible measuring tape and wrap it around your wrist where you would normally wear a bracelet.
  • If you do not have a tape, use a strip of paper or string, mark where it overlaps, and measure the length in centimeters or inches.
  • Add 0.5–1.0 in (1.3–2.5 cm) to your wrist measurement depending on how loose you like your bracelet.
FitWrist CircumferenceRecommended Bracelet Size
Extra Small5.0–5.5 in (12.7–14.0 cm)6.0 in (15.2 cm)
Small5.5–6.0 in (14.0–15.2 cm)6.5 in (16.5 cm)
Medium6.0–6.5 in (15.2–16.5 cm)7.0 in (17.8 cm)
Large6.5–7.0 in (16.5–17.8 cm)7.5 in (19.1 cm)
Extra Large7.0–7.5 in (17.8–19.1 cm)8.0 in (20.3 cm)

Bracelet Fit Tips

  • For delicate chains, a closer fit can prevent the bracelet from spinning too much.
  • Chunkier bracelets often feel best with a slightly looser fit.
  • If you are stacking multiple bracelets, consider choosing one size up for at least one piece.

Necklace Length Guide

Necklace length can completely change the look of your jewelry. Use this guide to choose lengths that suit your style, neckline, and layering preferences.

How to Estimate Necklace Length at Home

  • Use a flexible tape measure or a piece of string.
  • Wrap it around your neck, letting it fall to where you would like the pendant or chain to sit.
  • Mark that point and measure the total length to find your ideal necklace size.
  • Try different lengths in front of a mirror to see how they work with your favorite necklines.

Layering Tips

  • Combine 2–3 necklaces with at least 2" difference between each length to avoid tangling.
  • Mix textures (chains, pendants, pearls) while keeping metals consistent for a cohesive look.
  • Use an extender chain to fine-tune the length of your favorite pieces.
